A Handful of Flowers Craft

Hi, this is Patrice Badami, with Acorn to tree crafting with Patrice. Today I wanted to show you this little craft that I came up with, I used a little piece of paper a construction piece, I traced my son’s hand because he has really big hands. And then when I cut it out, I only glued the bottom part and I bent the fingers. So it looks very animated. And I made these flowers. So it’s a really cute little craft. And I’ll show you how I did it. So to make the flowers, you’re going to take a piece of tissue paper, and you’re going to fold it back and forth just like this. Unknown Speaker 0:31 And then you’re going to take a pair of scissors and trim the edges on the sides, you can even just tear it off if it’s just like that. So you’re gonna make that shape. So it looks like you know, rounded. If you keep it square, you won’t get the rounded effect. So then you take your pipe cleaner, put it in the center, tighten it, Unknown Speaker 0:51 just like so. And then you fan out the paddles just like that. That’s all and depending on how many pieces of tissue use that’ll show. That’ll be how fluffy that the flower comes out. But I just wanted to give you the basic idea and then what you’re going to do is glue this side down and I’ll show you how on the paper. So here, you just take Unknown Speaker 1:14 you take your flour, and then you glue it down in the back. That’s why you need a very small piece of pie flavor. And then just fluff it up just like that. So that’s how you make it. If you liked this video, please do so below and follow for more crafting ideas.
