Hi, this is Patrice Badami, with Acorn to tree parenting book review. And I came across another book in this fantastic series. It’s from Workman Publishing. And it’s called the complete middle school study guide, everything you need to ace math in one big fat notebook. So this is a fantastic book; I had previously spoken about computer programming and that other book they had. This is another, and I’m looking forward to finding more of these. Because I need to be able to brush up as many parents do on these different activities and math and teach your child at home, or at least learn it, understand it, and help guide your child. This is also good for the junior high school student on their own. But it’s nice to be able to re-familiarize yourself with the different concepts, the number system ratios, proportions, percents, expressions and equations, geometry, statistics, probability, and the coordinate plane functions; great book to have on hand, I got this actually for myself, and I admit it. So I wanted to be able to re-familiarize myself so that when my child is going to be dealing with this, I won’t just say do you want to go to extra help. I want to be able to help at home, and I want to be able to understand the concepts so that I can give her that confidence and be able to help her. It’s a great thing for the kids themselves to have on hand. So when they’re in school, and then they come home, and they have this great resource. So again, everything you need to ace math and one BIG FAT NOTEBOOK, a complete middle school study guide, ‘s by Workman Publishing. See if you could find this and have this on hand at home to help support your child as they’re learning math concepts.
