Hi, this is Patrice Badami, with Acorn to tree children’s book review. Today I have a book called Frank and crayon and it’s by Michael Hall. This book was so funny, I was laughing because I when we were reading it, it’s a book that almost it brings the reader into the story and asks questions and has the children. As you’re reading it, we’re trying, you’re trying to figure out what’s going on in the story. Because it’s a story that’s told from like the third person. So it has an element of they’re like, they’re not sure what’s going on, it’s presented as if it’s a, it’s a play, that these crayons are going to be in. And there’s a crayon who’s being mischievous in it. So it’s a really funny book. And it’s different because your child really lights up my daughter did when we were reading this because we’re trying to figure out what’s going on in the story. Because there’s a front story where there’s a play going on, then behind that story, there’s something else going on in the book. So it’s really, really funny how it becomes very engaging, and your child is really quickly turning the page to front trying to find out what’s going on. So I enjoyed this book. It’s great for Halloween or anytime. Again, it’s called Frank and crayon, and it’s by Michael Hall. See if you could find it and enjoy it.
