Hi, this is Patrice Badami, with Acorn to tree children’s book review. And today I have a different type of book. It’s called Good night yoga, opposed by post bedtime story from Miriam gates, illustrated by Sarah Chang Pender. And this is a completely different book from anything I’ve seen. The illustrations are beautiful, as you can see on the cover. And what’s very cool about this book is your child is going to have an introduction to yoga, but also, they’re going to be having the experience of stretching their bodies as they get ready for bed. The illustrations are wonderful. So this book is like a guided journey through a yoga experience that helps the body to relax and helps your child to decompress as they move through it. Look how beautiful illustrations are, it’s just amazing. So it helps them to learn. It’s a great introduction to yoga, it helps them to have just a little bit of physical activity that helps their body to relax and calm just before bed. And I think it’s just an amazing journey that you can have every night with your child so that they can have a really good foundation and it is very, very good for your body. So they’ll have just a new introduction to yoga at home. So the sun in the sky is going down and the clouds flew by, you’ll be dreaming soon. That’s what it says on the back cover. And that’s perfect example of what this book offers a calming experience and you can do it with your child at the same time. So once again, it’s called Good night yoga pose by pose bedtime story from Miriam gates and Sarah Jane Hendre.
