Hi, this is Patrice Badami, with a coconut tree children’s book review. Today I have a little board book. It’s called My mini color days by Dr. Seuss. And it’s illustrated by Steve Johnson and Lou Fancher. And this book is really special. As you can see, it’s a board book. I like it because it’s a great way to introduce Dr. Seuss to toddlers and babies. And it’s about very important things for children to understand. Not only are they going to be identifying colors in this book, it’s also identifying feelings and it’s validating that there’s many different types of feelings that children can feel, and then it’s okay, so it’s just a very special book. I’m going to open up to one particular page here. Everything is gray somedays here. So it’s just explaining to children in just beautifully colored pages, how there’s all different emotions we all experience. So it’s a great little story for you to share with your family. Again, it’s called my many colored days by Dr. Seuss, illustrated by Steve Johnson and Lou Fancher.
