Hi, this is Patrice Badami, with Acorn, a tree children’s book review. Today I have a book called, Oh, the Places You’ll Go by Dr. Seuss. And this book is personally very special to me, because I remember this book. It was given to me by my brother many, many years ago. And I read it. And it was when I was young, and before I ever got married and had children. And it was a beautiful story about how everyone goes on their own certain journey and their own special path, and how things happen to everybody. And there’s one little one section I just want to share with you. Unknown Speaker 0:39 And I think it’s just so special. So it talks about how you’re going to go to do many things, accomplish things and try things. You won’t, you won’t lag behind, because you’ll you’ll have the speed, You’ll pass the whole gang, and you’ll soon be in the lead. Wherever you fly, you’re the best of the best wherever you go, you’ll be the top of the rest, except when you don’t, because sometimes you won’t. I’m sorry to say sadly, it’s true that backups and hang ups can happen to you. So this book, I’ve given this book to everyone I know who’s graduated, I actually got this book for my daughter. And what I did was I said, Oh, I’m gonna get this and I’m gonna have her preschool teacher read it and sign it rather. And then have every teacher until she graduates high school, sign the book so that she has it as a keepsake. And a lot of people do that with this book. So this is a great book. It’s all about the journey we all take and how there’s going to be things you can’t predict there’s going to be things that are a little bit scary, but you’ll get you’ll get through it, you’ll move forward, and you’ll you’ll learn a lot, definitely learn a lot. So Oh, the Places You’ll Go by Dr. Seuss. Really great keepsake to have. And I think it’s a great book because you can relate this book to anyone who even just got a new job, or you can give it to a preschool or you can give it to a high school and this is a kind of a book that you can share with many different people. So see if you could find it and share it with your family.
