Hi, it’s Patrice Badami, with Acorn to tree children’s book review today I have a book, another favorite of mine. It’s called the carrot seed and it’s written by Ruth Krauss. And it’s illustrated by Crockett Johnson, who also does the Harold in The Purple Crayon series, which I personally adore. Having said that, when we are very young, there are some things that you just know, this treasured story of childhood faith rewarded is now available in a board book for the youngest child. So basically this is a story about this little boy who plants a carrot seed and how no matter what anyone else says he has faith just like little children do. And he just continues to pursue and take care of this little carrot seed and then you’ll see what the results are at the end. Just a great little cute story for you to share with your family once again the carrot seed by Ruth Kraus illustrated
