🍌 Oat Bran Banana Bread Recipe

🛒 Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1 ½ cups oat bran
  • 2 eggs

  • 1/4 cup melted butter or coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup milk (dairy or oat milk)
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon (optional)

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. Mash bananas in a large bowl
