1. How This Website Works

Acorn to Tree is a family resource and information site. I share ideas, projects, and helpful tools for parents, educators, and caregivers.

I do not process sales directly through this Shopify website.Instead, all purchases are completed through my external shops and partners, including:

Etsy (Crafting with Acorn to Tree, The Little Acorn Shop, and related shops) Spoonflower (surface pattern designs and fabrics) Amazon (select books and resources) Printify (Acorn to Tree Style) When you click a product link and choose to purchase, you are taken to one of these platforms to complete your order.

2. Shipping, Returns, and Payments

Because all purchases are handled on Etsy, Spoonflower, Printify and Amazon

Shipping policies (methods, costs, delivery times)
Return and exchange policies
Payment methods and security are governed by those individual platforms.

Printify is an all-in-one solution. Printify will take care of customer support for you. This applies to products in the Acorn to Tree Style Etsy Store. This means that the following standard Printify refund and return policies will apply to your store:

Damaged/defective product: A free reprint or a refund will be offered if the customer reports the problem within 30 days of product delivery and provides the required photo proof.

Returns/exchanges: Since products are only printed once ordered, returns and exchanges are not supported. Address issues: If an order is being returned to sender/lost in transit, and an invalid address was provided by the customer, a refund of the order production costs only will be issued to the customer.

If you have questions about an order, shipment, return, or refund, please check the order details and help pages on the platform where you made your purchase (Etsy, Spoonflower, Printify or Amazon), or contact their customer support directly.

3. Digital Downloads & Non-Refundable Items

My Etsy shops, Crafting with Acorn to Tree and The Little Acorn Shopoffer digital products such as: Printable craft patterns, Sewing and quilting templates, Educational resources and activity pages.  These items are delivered immediately in digital form and cannot be “returned,” all digital downloads are non-refundable.If you have trouble accessing or downloading a file, please contact me with your order details so I can help you resolve the issue.

4. Non-Affiliate Product Recommendations

From time to time, I share product recommendations (for example: books, tools, toys, organizational items, or craft supplies). These recommendations are based on my personal experience and professional judgment. I do not receive commissions, referral fees, or financial compensation for these recommendations.Links to these products are non-affiliate links. My goal is to support families, educators, and caregivers with honest, practical suggestions that I have personally found helpful.
