šŸŒ Oat Bran Banana Bread (Soft, Fluffy & Nourishing)

šŸ’› Why I Love Using Oat Bran

If you’ve ever made banana bread with oat flour, you already know how delicious and wholesome it can be. But over time, I discovered something even better…

✨ Oat bran.

Oat bran creates a lighter, fluffier texture compared to oat flour, which can sometimes feel a bit dense. It also adds an extra boost of nutrition—making this banana bread not just a treat, but something I feel really good serving to my family.

As a mom, I’m always looking for ways to:

  • Add more fiber naturally
  • Keep baked goods soft and appealing for kids
  • Use simple, real ingredients

And oat bran checks all of those boxes beautifully.
