Chocolate Cake Two Ways Classic and gluten-free Recipes

🍫✨ Moist Chocolate Cake — Two Ways!

If you love rich chocolate cake but want something a little more nourishing, this one is special.
Made with cacao, coconut milk, coconut sugar, and cottage cheese (yes — and you can’t taste it!), this cake is incredibly moist and full of deep chocolate flavor.

You can make it two ways:


🍫 Version A — Classic Texture (Fluffy + Moist)

Perfect if you want that traditional cake feel.

Ingredients:
• 1 cup flour
• ½ cup cacao powder
• 1 cup coconut sugar
• 1 tsp baking soda
• ½ tsp baking powder
• ¼ tsp salt
• 2 eggs
• ½ cup coconut milk
• ½ cup blended cottage cheese
• ⅓ cup melted coconut oil
• 1 tsp vanilla
• ½ cup hot water or coffee

Bake: 350°F for 28–32 minutes.


🍫 Version B — Gluten-Free (Coconut Flour)

Extra soft, rich, and naturally gluten-free.

Ingredients:
• ½ cup coconut flour
• ½ cup cacao
• ¾ cup coconut sugar
• 1 tsp baking soda
• ½ tsp baking powder
• Pinch salt
• 5 eggs
• ½ cup coconut milk
• ½ cup blended cottage cheese
• ⅓ cup melted coconut oil
• 1 tsp vanilla
• ¼ cup hot water or coffee

Bake: 350°F for 30–36 minutes.


🎂 Optional Add-Ins:

Chocolate chips, shredded coconut, espresso powder, cinnamon, or a sprinkle of sea salt.

🍫 Quick Protein Frosting:

Blend 1 cup cottage cheese + ¼ cup cacao + ¼ cup coconut sugar + 1 tsp vanilla.
