  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried herbs (thyme, oregano, or rosemary)

🥣 Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Soak the Lentils

  • Rinse lentils well until water runs clear
  • Soak in 2 cups water for 2–4 hours (or overnight for best texture)

2. Blend the Batter

  • Drain lentils
  • Add to blender with:
    • ½ cup fresh water
    • olive oil
    • salt
    • seasonings
  • Blend until completely smooth (like pancake batter)

3. Add Leavening

  • Pour batter into a bowl
  • Mix in baking powder

4. Bake
